Taio Cruz Feat. Luciana - ‘Come On Girl’ Music Video Review | Repeat Ad Infinitum
This song is one of those that leaves me with a feeling of why did they bother? It never gets going, just repeating the same words from beginning to end.
The only thing that almost saves it is the appearance of Luciana at the end, but she’s not in it nearly enough to make up for the dire 3 minutes which surround her.
There’s also the fact that they’re trying to make it sound like a Timbaland produced song, even though it has none of the elegance and addictiveness of most of his stuff.
The video is also a lesson in how not to make entertainment, with a poorly thought out and even more poorly executed story.
Wobbly cameras, and a guy cruising in his convertible do not make a good video, so just stop it already.
I thought we Brits had good taste but somehow this song got to number five in the UK singles chart. Taio Cruz must have a lot of friends and family…
Song: 4/10
Video 2/10
