So while it probably wasn’t a federal crime to let Courtney Love around little children, much less hand them power tools in her tender, motherly presence, it certainly wasn’t one would traditionally call a “good” idea.
Same goes for the idea of them spilling from her loins in a supermarket.
I can only hope those precocious little tykes could generate precocious little force fields or were wearing some sort of precocious little bio-hazard suits under there. When I try to imagine the space those children emerged from, I just keep picturing the desert in Dune. Yes, with the leaping sand worms.
Except Courtney’s sand worms slept with Kurt Cobain, so we’re all supposed to respect her.
P.S. While I think Ms. Love is a horrifying beast, I actually liked the video a good deal. The opening shot alone, following a fairy through a barely illuminated woods, hooked me and the permutations on the concept kept coming. The only part that really felt extraneous was when she emerged at the rap video shoot, but hey, gotta pull that urban audience, right?
