Sammi Dittloff, your band of choice this week has turned out to be rather camera shy. They HAVE made videos, but I’ll be damned if I could find any of them online. Or anywhere, for that matter. I checked under the couch, in the sock drawer…nothin’. If I could ever meet the band, I’d have lots of questions for the, but mostly I’d like to know where they hide their videos at, and if I need some sort of treasure map to find them.
Anyway, in the spirit of things, I found this video, which according to my strenuous research that consisted of clicking on “more” next to the YouTube player, was created on spec. This means it was made by a bunch of film students in hopes that the band would see it, like it, and put their names on it. That didn’t happen.
It’s rather unfortunate that it didn’t work out, because this is a pretty solid video. I mean, I understand the public isn’t really ready to accept vacuum on vacuum relationships–”traditional family values” and all that nonsense–but come on! Deny the vacuums their civil unions if you must, but to just write them off; to just say they suck is completely off base and rather inappropriate.
